POPs Global began with a simple conviction — that popcorn, the world's oldest snack, deserved the reverence of haute confectionery.
The Origin
Founded in 2026, POPs Global travels the world's greatest culinary capitals, distilling each city's soul into a single, extraordinary flavour. We do not chase trends — we chase provenance.
The Kernel
We select only non-GMO heirloom butterfly kernels grown on single-origin cooperative farms in Iowa, then pop each batch in small copper kettles to coax the fullest, crispest bloom.
The Glaze
Our glazes are built like fine fragrances — a top, a heart and a base note — using Normandy butter, ceremonial Uji matcha, Kashmiri saffron and single-origin cacao, applied entirely by hand.
The Vessel
Each creation is sealed in a nitrogen-flushed, foil-lined tin so beautiful you'll refuse to discard it — a keepsake as considered as its contents.
